A 20″ × 8″ perpetual calendar, hand-cut in Michigan from Baltic birch plywood, with twelve month columns and slots for up to 30 tokens. Hang it on the wall once and the calendar does the remembering year after year — no more buying a new fridge calendar every January, no more “wait, is her birthday the 14th or the 16th?”
The tokens are 1.5″ wood discs, one per name. Hang a token on the month the person (or pet, or anniversary) was born. When the month comes up, the wall tells you who’s celebrating. The board never changes. The tokens don’t.

What’s not on the board (so no surprises):
- No wall hardware included. Walls are different — some need anchors, some need Command strips, some need a French cleat. Pick what works for yours. (We can ship a sawtooth hanger on request — just mention it in the order notes.)
- No token hardware included. Some people use small metal clips. Some use ribbon loops. Some hot-glue the token directly to the wall. We don’t ship any of those by default because the right one is the one you want to use. (Mention it in the order notes if you’d like us to include a pack of small metal clips — happy to.)
Customization — two ways to go:
- Do it yourself. Leave the tokens blank, write the name and date with a fine-tip permanent marker or paint pen. Easy to update if a cousin gets married or a new grandkid shows up.
- Have us engrave them. Send your list in the order notes — one name per token, optional date. We’ll send a proof before we cut anything. Two rounds of revisions included. Engraving is included in the price of the calendar.

Care: Wipe with a dry cloth. Skip the sprays and the wet rags — the wood is finished but not waterproof. Tokens are durable; treat them like coasters, not jewelry.
A note on the wood: Baltic birch has a fine, even grain that takes engraving cleanly and reads from across the room. The color is a light natural birch; the finish is clear satin so the wood does the talking. Every sheet of plywood has its own grain pattern, so the calendar you get is the calendar you get — no two are identical, and we think that’s the point.
